The first in a series, this video explains the basic techniques of Futaba radio programming that you need to know in order to get your planes into the air. Programming 101 shows you how to "navigate" your transmitter and demonstrates the menu structure. You'll also learn how to select model types, input your user name, and set the servo direction and endpoints. Although the Futaba 14MZ is used as the example throughout the majority of the video, the same information and procedures apply to the 8FG, 12FG and 12Z transmitters. The information presented will be most relevant to fixed-wing aircraft rather than helicopters.
